This 75 minute healing session is held in a deeply supportive and sacred space and is a heart centered conversation about you and your life's journey and supports you in whatever direction you are seeking. Interwoven into each session is an energy healing to deepen this process, clearing imbalances and old imprints, removing heavy energies, harmonizing your energy field, creating lightness in the body and wholeness, aliveness and freedom in your life. Sessions are uniquely tailored to help you shine a light on your path. The work we do together guides and shifts energy flow, creates space for you to ground and connects you with your body and soul. As we work together, you will learn to cultivate deep presence, recognize and trust the wisdom of your heart, become aware of different choices and possibilities, meet your allies, discover how wildly supported you are and create perceivable and powerful shifts in your life. You will have the opportunity to cultivate your healing work at home using energy medicine practices and wisdom teachings offered. And, there is nothing you need to do to prepare. Just come with curiosity and an openness to explore! This is an online session held over Zoom.
