A Quechuan healing technique that illuminates and transforms Hucha (heavy energy) in the luminous energy field and nawis (chakras) and resets the nervous system. Helpful for clearing stuckness, blocked emotions and repeating patterns. Wonderfully grounding and centering, improves sleep, dissolves stress, anxiety, exhaustion and overwhelm, and aids in recovery from illness or surgery. You will need a comfortable chair or a place to lie down during this session.
