I sacredly hold and embody their teachings and initiations that were gifted to me, and I honor their invitation to share these with the world as this is a time of great transformation and new beginnings.
I answered the call of my soul and a yearning for deep change when I began my journey through the Quechuan Medicine Wheel, diving into the recesses of my soul, into the wild and untamed thicket of my woundings and traumas.
Guided by the loving medicine of this lineage, my body and my heart learned to trust again, to feel safe, to feel worthy. My heart cracked wide open and I met myself again. A wild aliveness within was unleashed. I met and nurtured a deeply loving relationship with my allies and cultivated a deep re-connection with the Earth, creating a profound felt sense of remembrance, support and unconditional love.
Everything in my life shifted. The old heavy weight lifted and underneath I found lasting joy, laughter and even playfulness. This medicine work continues and has become a way of life for me, a way of BE-ing, beautifully and intricately woven into every breath I take, in everything I see, in every action I take.
I completed another journey of trainings and initiations to become a certified Shamanic Healer, and stepped with a wide open heart into the Quechuan lineage, supported by all the medicine men and women who came before me so that I can support YOU in finding your beauty and your path in these times of great change.
As a Shaman of the Earth, I work deeply with Pachamama (the Spirit of the Earth or our Cosmic Mother) to give back and to care for her and for all of the beings here on this planet and that includes our human family and You.

I reside in the Pacific Northwest on the Oregon Coast inhabiting the land of short mild summers, eternal rainy winters, exceptional magnificent autumns and delightful enchanting springs. Surrounding me are wild forests and trails, lakes filled with snow melt and the beach isn't all that far. In my living room there's usually nothing on but the radio and fresh bundles of wildflowers, stones, painted rocks, shells and Earth Altars lovingly strewn about. I love to seek out the wonderful in every day, and my family and dogs keep me grounded, always have me laughing and help me stay connected to my heart.
