Feeling stressed, having trouble sleeping or had a hard day or week and need to unwind? Or perhaps you are preparing for a trip or an event and want to be clear and more centered. Whatever it is that brings you here, this session offers you space to relax and unwind while I give your nervous system a slow, leisurely, deep earthed reset. I will also clear, balance and harmonize your luminous energy field. You will leave feeling refreshed, grounded and centered. You will need a comfortable and quiet place to lie down or a chair to relax in. This is an online session held over Zoom.
