All sessions, packages & plans are non-refundable, including purchased, scheduled, canceled and missed sessions. Sessions within a package/plan may not be scheduled after expiration date. Rescheduling or canceling sessions require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you are late to your scheduled session, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
